Car was good. I had a terrible experience on collection - a 3 hour wait to collect the car. I got to the Avis collection desk at midnight to discover a huge long line. I didn't get my car until 3am. This was specifically the Avis collection desk at Seattle (SEA) airport.Reviewed 2023 Aug 07

When I turned my vehicle back in on the date/time scheduled, it was not registered correctly and I received a text three days later saying my rental car had not been turned in. It is now four days after my rental drop-off and I have yet to receive a receipt from Budget/Avis. The online receipt request form does not recognize my confirmation number. The dropoff was painless. The pickup office was a zoo… I felt sorry for the one guy waiting on a horde of people, complaining, etc. Took way to long to get outta there. Other than that, car was cool, etc. Thx!Reviewed 2023 Jun 28
