Worst rental experience in my life! Couldn’t find my reservation, then said it was at a different location. Told me to take the shuttle, waited, no shuttle came. Went to car area, told me there was nothing they could do. Long line of people waiting for cars, people complaining that their car wasn’t available and given a pick up when they couldn’t drive one. Another customer came back because air didn't work. Went to counter again, was told again to go to other location. When asked how to get there I was told either light rail or Uber. I finally took a taxi at my own expense, got to the door and that location was closed!! It had been closed since before my plane even landed. My taxi had left, had to call another to take me to my hotel, again at my own expense. Missed my event that evening. I did not keep the reservation and have complaint with company in process. Didn’t have car we had reserved/ any car for us. Offered us a car the next day 7 miles from airport at an additional cost of a couple hundred dollars for vehicle. Bear part of customer service was them canceling with our cost to us. I will stay away from budget as they had a line at their coo fee of customers with same issue, reservations they wouldn’t honor.Reviewed 2023 Jun 29

My reservation had been cancelled when we got to the Budget counter. The staff was slow and unfriendly, but he fortunately was able to provide us a van instead of the sedan I had requested. The van was not cleaned (probably not his fault) and when I returned the vehicle, I was overcharged for the rental, which I was assured I would not be charged extra for the bigger car.Reviewed 2023 Jun 14

Pick up took an hour.....two inexperienced ladies were having a hard time. The two ladies who were in front of me when I arrived were still there an hour later.....no car. A manager came in, thankfully, and took over my transaction and made it infinitely better. Wish I had gotten his name...in Minneapolis, short, dark hair, early 50's from New Jersey....thanks to whoever he is. Otherwise car was fine, drop off was excellent.Reviewed 2023 May 25

The car and the price were good. The execution of the contract was inefficient as I had to renue a second contract for the second month and it wasnt easy. Also the price ended up being more than the original quote by about $150 but was still a reasonable price.Reviewed 2022 Sep 01
