Pros: YES! Took time to help me get oriented to driving this hybrid car! Yes; very easy, patient, & helpful.
Cons: Being able to contact a live person quickly when I'd made a mistake re/ the insurance coverage. Could not figure out how to get AM radio reception on the Ford Fusion!

Pros: I liked being able to walk to car when I landed.
Cons: The rate I was charged differed from the rate on my reservation. When I called, I was on hold for over 20 minutes then was told because it was in the first 24 hours after return they couldn’t make any credits to my account and I would have to call back. Which is just ridiculous

Pros: Everything was very smooth, especially drop off.
Cons: The woman who checked condition of car before we exited was a little over the top thorough, which is good if you want to be sure you don't get charged for something you didn't do, but not so good if you're eager to get going.

Bad Experinece with Dollar Car Rental
Cons: Dollar Car Rental was closed when we landed in MSP at 6AM. After going back and forth for an hour we were told that we can go to Hertz and get our car. Then the price that was quoted to us by Carrentals on Kayak was not matched. Overall bad experience.
