I was promised a larger SUV and instead when I arrived since I wasn’t returning the vehicle to MSP (essentially ‘driving away’) I was informed that it was a very slim selection of vehicles that were eligible for rent. Hence I was given a Chevy Trax 😐Reviewed 2024 Jun 17

Cons:The cars werent ready people were waiting for hours to get their cars. I gave up and went to Alamo which had cars now and even cheaper than my rev. With thrifty. I will never use thrift again.Reviewed 2021 May 10

Cons:The line at the airport rental desk was 20 people deep. we waited 15 minutes and no one in line moved. perhaps there was some trouble, but we did not see anyone leave the desk to get their rental car. there were 3 agents at the desk. we decided that it would be better to get a lLyft to take us from the airport to our destination, 40 miles away. The cost of the Lyft from and back to the airport was less than the cost of the rental car. There was no way to modify or change the rental, so I lost $145.
