Enterprise was closed when we arrived, no one told us they closed at 5, even though we clearly stated our plane arrived at 430. Had to book with hertz and eat a $70 Uber ride.Reviewed 2022 Oct 31

Pros:The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.Cons:Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.Reviewed 2019 Nov 11

Pros:Staff was great and prompt. Everything was taken care of quick and they were thorough.Cons:The rental had a bit of a funky smell to it, but not funky enough to make me upset. I would suggest finding an aromatic solution of sorts.Reviewed 2019 Sep 24

Would use Enterprise againPros:It was a brand new car and it was just what I asked for. Due to a long distance drive I requested an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV and i was able to secure it with no hassle. It was a well equipped car and a super quick and easy check out at the desk. Cons:It was cold in Minnesota and when I turned the heat on the windows would cloud up. I had to continuously turn on the rear and front window heaters which would then shut off the heat. But it was alright, I did not freeze but it could have been a little more comfortable. I would rent from them again.Reviewed 2018 Jan 04

HorriblePros:Nothing about enterpriseCons:Our rental was supposed to be $460 for 12 days but I was charged $610. Enterprise told me they couldn’t find my booking and had to make a new one even though I had the confirmation number. When I called about the extra $150 I was transferred around and around no one was able to help. I will definitely be using a different rental company next time.Reviewed 2018 Jan 04

Kayak booked me with off airport carCons:I booked a car using Kayak supposedly for MSP but when I got to the airport, I was that the car was for an off-airport location some 15 minutes away by taxi...and that I would return the car to the same location...they ended up renting me a car at 2.5x the price I reserved...never again...Kayak or EnterpriseReviewed 2017 Nov 15
