Pros: Great staff and easy pickup.
Cons: Car interior was a bit dirty when we picked it up. Saw some crumbs on console/seats, but nothing terribly gross.
Pros: Friendly staff and a quick pickup/drop-off experience. Brand new vehicle.
Pros: No one was attending upon my return and the car was not clocked in until three hours later.
Pros: The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.
Cons: Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.
Pros: Staff was great and prompt. Everything was taken care of quick and they were thorough.
Cons: The rental had a bit of a funky smell to it, but not funky enough to make me upset. I would suggest finding an aromatic solution of sorts.
Would use Enterprise again
Pros: It was a brand new car and it was just what I asked for. Due to a long distance drive I requested an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV and i was able to secure it with no hassle. It was a well equipped car and a super quick and easy check out at the desk. Well done Enterprise.
Pros: Nice ride! Thanks for the upgrade.
Pros: nice, clean, great car
Cons: It was cold in Minnesota and when I turned the heat on the windows would cloud up. I had to continuously turn on the rear and front window heaters which would then shut off the heat. But it was alright, I did not freeze but it could have been a little more comfortable. I would rent from them again.
Pros: Nothing about enterprise
Cons: Our rental was supposed to be $460 for 12 days but I was charged $610. Enterprise told me they couldn’t find my booking and had to make a new one even though I had the confirmation number. When I called about the extra $150 I was transferred around and around no one was able to help. I will definitely be using a different rental company next time.
Kayak booked me with off airport car
Cons: I booked a car using Kayak supposedly for MSP but when I got to the airport, I was that the car was for an off-airport location some 15 minutes away by taxi...and that I would return the car to the same location...they ended up renting me a car at 2.5x the price I reserved...never again...Kayak or Enterprise
Cons: The reservation was made at an Enterprise that was 30 minutes from the airport, which was extremely unhelpful. I'm so glad they called to confirm the reservation, otherwise I would have been left without a car upon arrival. Why would this website even populate with car rentals that are not near the airport for a weekend trip?
