Cons: Arrival was awful. Huge line and only one desk person. Then we went to get car and that took 25 minutes.
Car arrived filthy as car was was not working.
Pretty lousy service for a long time Budget person.
Cons: !27.00 for a compact SUV was a bit pricey in my opinion
Pros: Fast and smooth
Cons: There was a ding in the windshield when I picked it up. I had to fill out paperwork on that chip when I returned the car.
Pros: Clean car, very comfortable.
Cons: Pick up line was a bit long.
Cons: It was good
Cons: Staff recommended a switch to AWD. Price went from about $ 250 to $950.
Cons: Waited over an hour to pick up because only 2 employees were working to help customers from Budget and Avis. One of the employees was also helping the ‘fast track’ line. Poor management.
Pros: Pick up staff was pleasant
Cons: Get rid of the hidden fees!! Nobody likes hidden fees. Nobody! Just tell us what the real price is online.
Cons: Horrible service, challenging return
Pros: Drop off at lake tahoe was expensive, but worth it.
Cons: Unknowledgable staff - did not know drop off hours for lake tahoe location. They were sure I could drop it off anytime before 8am the next day, but 5pm was the latest
Cons: I reserved a 4WD SUV with snow tires so I could drive to Tahoe through a blizzard. Budget didn't have one available. So I went next door to Hertz. Never use Budget again.
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: they don't answer the phone at the reno location. there is no manual in the car. beware that there is an early drop off fee. thank goodness i read the fine print. before renting i called budget and was assured the SUV;s were AWD only to find out at check in they weren't, adding another $500.
