Customer service rep was super fast and did not try to sell me add-ons. This for me is very important - I really dislike attempts to be upsold and would rather just use a kiosk or answer such questions, or better, online beforehand. Like "do you want insurance? do you want a GPS device? do you want a toll device?". Anyway, this rep didn't try to do any of that for which I am thankful. Was very fast when I finally got to the counter. The only problem was that there was an hour-long line for pickup because there weren't enough representatives, which sucked. The car was provided with only 1/2 tank of gas, but had to be returned full. There was no one to communicate this issue with at pick-up. I asked if I could have a partial refund or the price difference at drop off, and was told no.Reviewed 2023 Apr 19

You have to go to the hertz line to get the car, where they allow the hertz gold members to cut to the front of the line. They were short staffed, often running to the lot to get more keys for rentals. It took over an hour and half to pickup a prepaid car. Not worth the savings.Reviewed 2022 Oct 01

Car got given to another driver after a 2 hour wait. Got a different car that was dirty and uncomfortable and had to pay the same price. Wouldnt rent through Dollar ever again.Reviewed 2022 Sep 15

Friendly staff at the Reno airport. They recommended an upgrade for a larger vehicle and were able to offer it for a much lower price than they initially quoted. The vehicle was almost new and very comfortable to drive. Drop off was easy and convenient.Reviewed 2022 Sep 05

Brand new Ford Edge, problems with eco drive, shut off while moving, all gauges & screen blacked out, dead wheel, couldn’t get eco drive to turn off. Car never should have been on the road. I booked online, and my rental cost doubled at the counter, very shady.Reviewed 2022 Aug 10

Pickup was so slow. Long lines, long transactions, long waits for cars. Where most airports have gone to direct-to-car pickup, I don't understand why going to a desk even happens anymore. The person who helped me was very nice, but it's still inefficient.Reviewed 2022 Jul 19
