Pros:The facility is very close to the terminal but the agent helpfully dropped me off in front using the same car I was returning.Cons:The car's air conditioner was not up to the task of cooling the car during the sunniest, hottest parts of the days--this was true over several hours while cruising at highway speeds. Also, the suspension was pretty worn out. The car bounced around a lot over rough road surfaces.Reviewed 2019 Apr 03

Get ready for an insurance scam...Pros:It was not great.Cons:When we got to the airport, 3:15am, there were no representatives to tell us where to go. When we found the office, they told me they couldn’t use my credit card because “it doesn’t have numbers on the front”. After a 35 minute argument the guy finally caved and managed to “fix the system” that prevented him from completing the booking. I had declined insurance bc my travel card covers it and they were trying to get me to buy insurance. Anyways, just keep your wits about you. False advertisingPros:NothingCons:Didn’t like anything, the guy was hell-bent on selling me an insurance package worth $200 for a rental cost 52 but during the time of booking He was threatening and trying to scare me on what’s going to happen if the car gets hit. Very misleading, I do not recommendPros:The car was reserved for us that’s about it.The lady was at the counter was really nice and tried to educate us more on how it all works. She felt bad for us I can tell because the charges we got were that extreme.Cons:I rented a car for my stay in Dominican Republic. What kayak said I was going to pay was not what I ended up paying at all. The insurance you buy through kayak does not work in all countries so I had to get local insurance which was very expensive. The drop off fee and taxes also changed once we were there, it ended up being so expensive. Not at all what I signed up for.Right before finishing up our pick they lost electricity. You would think budget would have a plan for that but they don’t. The poor employee had to start from scratch twice!Reviewed 2017 Dec 30
