Pros:The person in charge attitude was awful, he didn't listen or responded to anything I said or asked him, he also wanted to charge for an insurance I declined the whole time. when I did the reservation over Kayak, the rental cost was gonna be under 300 dollars and the man wanted to charge me almost 1000 dollars because an insurance I was needing to have in order to rent the vehicle. he also told I was not forced to rent the vehicle with them.Reviewed 2020 Mar 21

Pros:The staff was helpful, even though we ended up canceling the rental.Cons:The name of the company was different which was not helpful. Our flight was delayed and came in late the lights in the rental place was turned off. Which was discouraging. They turned it on when we approached the door. NO CAR!!!Cons:Major scam - They did not hold our car for us one hour despite knowing our flight info and that we were delayed by one hour. When we got there our $335 car was not available and the only thing they had to offer us was $1000+. This is a scam! Our friends were in the same boat. I suggest - use uber!Reviewed 2019 Jan 08

No car available for my reservationPros:NothingCons:Not only was my car not available, no car was available. This was massively inconvenient and caused me to go without a car for the trip I had planned with my girlfriend. I don’t know how I can have a reservation and then show up and be told there are no cars. We waisted hours at the airport as a result and took expensive taxis instead. Also, I paid insurance and want it refunded. horrible experience!Reviewed 2019 Jan 01
