Pickup location DID NOT EXIST.. Reservation was automatically changed to an address on the OTHER SIDE of Los Angeles With NO Notice. Called and they refused to move the reservation to a closer location.

Gave me the car with half a tank and said to return it that way but when I returned it they said it had to be a full tank. Luckily I had paperwork proving it but I don’t think I should have to go through that.
