The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. His helpfulness is the reason for the good rating. The car was also great but he is what left an impression.Cons:
One of the employees had their personal belongings in the car being rented to me, which is both odd and made me feel uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Luckily the nice gentleman who helped me understood my concern and cleaned the car for me.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
These reservations are a scam. They don’t have any trucks or cars. Call before you show up because in our case they didn’t have anything for us, or the other people who were waiting. There was a 10 person waiting list for cars that weren’t even there. Total bonanza.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Everything was easy! I booked through Kayak, said it would be a Pathfinder or similar as I needed a 7 seater. Pick up was easy and the car/SUV was a 2020 GMC Acadia, which worked out perfect! There were 2 gentleman at the pick up location that were both friendly and helpful, got me in and out quickly. Drop off was equally easy. Thank you!Cons:

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the lot has easy access to major streets that run across town and to the 405 freeway, car was clean and we were seen promptly.Cons:

Nothing good about rental cars through Kayak.Cons:
Not enough room to write the issue... Had to get an Uber to get to the pick up location after it was changed 3 times by Budget. I get there, no car... only after calling Budget I got a car, 3 hours later. I will NOT use Kayak again for rental car.2.0 Poor

Cons:
They allowed 3rd party booking for 5pm when the location closed at 5. As a result I couldn’t visit my friend in the hospital and had to pay for Uber’s. The next day I tried again, I rented a car for 3pm and the car wasn’t ready. They gave me a dirty car after waiting 30 min. I made it a few blocks when I realied they didn’t give me the keys. Very unprofessional and disappointing.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The location was out of the car I had ordered, so I was given to choice of driving a new Dodge Ram pick up truck at the same price. It was a good deal. Great feeling of invulnerability in SoCal traffic! The vehicle handled like a charm. Hemi 5.7 L configuration gave the truck very good acceleration.Cons:
