Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:Windows were dirty. Shopped online for a good deal and pre-paid on Expedia, but then I had to pay another 160+ for fees that were not mentioned on Expedia. Cons:I waited an hour for the car. It was the wrong car even though I paid extra for it. I had to switch to a different car due to the cigarette smell and low pressure in the tire. There were extra fees that I did not know about.Reviewed 2021 May 23

Pros:The staff at both pick up and drop off were very helpful.Cons:The price was more money than priceline had quoted. On priceline I clicked the option to add my spouse for no charge however when I went to pick up the rental I would have been charged $13 a day on top of the additional expenses. The staff at pick-up was one person, she did a great job but there was quite a backlog. More support for her would have helped the process go quicker.Reviewed 2020 Oct 17

Pros:i was going to be charged over double what i was quoted. i know deposits are necessary, but that was exorbitant and also should have been stated when i made the reservation. i had to find other means of transportation as i hadn’t planned for this.Cons:be up front about ALL costs (including deposits) DURING BOOKINGReviewed 2019 Jun 10

No rental cars and no signPros:I arrived at the Ckeveland Airport Rental Car Center to dung the Dollar counter dark and quiet. There was no sign saying they had closed and we’re out of cars. That information was relayed to me by the much more helpful Budget agent next door. I called Dolat’s 1-800 number and was told it was my fault because I didn’t notify Dollar that my flight was late. How could I notify them when I was in the air? The Dolkar agent told me my best option was to return the next morning to rent a car.Cons:Poor customer service and the fact that I never got a car.Reviewed 2018 Sep 04
