Definitely was a friendly staff member who helped with car. What I did not like and this is on the company was that my 23 year old son was not allowed (due to computer flagging him as underage) to be a registered driver. That is ridiculous. He has a clean license, and to be then told the minimum age to drive the rental is 25. Unfortunately if this is the rule I will not be able to rent from Hertz/Dollar again.Reviewed 2022 Feb 13

Rented a car two separate times for this trip. This location was the smoothest car rental experience I've ever had. I rented from them the second time because of how good the experience was the first time. Consistently good service. Courteous staff, and quick checkout/return.Reviewed 2022 Jan 31

Cons:I prepaid everything well in advance, so as not to have surprises. Well too bad, the experience was not the best, they withdrew $ 200 from my credit card that was not planned, then they charged me more money for unexpected fees. They should be chlorine and say the total bill and other conditions that they never mentioned, really Dollar's offer was only a few dollars cheaper and it turned out to be hundreds of dollars more expensive than the others it was a total fraud, I felt robbed, no They tell the truth when renting, everything is a lie with every intention of stealing your moneyReviewed 2021 May 26
