I asked for an all wheel drive vehicle and was not given one which I was not aware of until getting stuck. For the rest of my time I could not drive up to my accommodations and had to have elderly travel companions walk up a snow covered icy driveway several times due to the fear of getting stuck again. Both of them fell. Given the conditions of my travel in the mountains of CO the vehicle was inadequate.Reviewed 2024 Feb 18
