Went to website to add another day to rental, accidently canceled. Called the phone number and explained that I fat-fingered the buttons, I did not want to cancel but add another day. The associate was very unhelpful and still penalized us with a cancellation fee that was a few dollars less than the rental was. I will never use Hertz again and will tell everyone to go to Enterprise instead.Reviewed 2024 May 15

Office seemed disorganized and unprofessional. There were two other customers ahead of me and I waited nearly 20 minutes to be waited on while the agents chatted with customers. Drop off was very smooth, but pick up was agonizingly tedious.. Also, I was not aware of that. I had to go offsite out of the airport to pick up the car. I had been a Budget customer previously, and intend to go back to Budget next time.Reviewed 2024 May 12

When I drove off the lot a warning message appeared. Went back and the service representative took the time and effort to ensure it was an adjustment from the last driver and everything was good. A thousand miles later things were still good. Thank you to that gentleman at Hertz (off Woodman road in north Colorado Springs).Reviewed 2023 Dec 14

Hertz was the only company in town that had minivans available, so I didn't have a choice on where to go to rent. In the past, I have rented a car for a full week and only paid at the most $600 for unlimited miles. This rental was 4 days, and it cost me $1200, so the value for the experience was definitely not seen. Unfortunately, I had to have this size vehicle, and no other options in town were available. That being said, the entire experience of pickup and drop-off was excellent. In and out rather quickly, and back on the road. The vehicle we received was amazingly comfortable with just enough bells and whistles to make the trip quite pleasant. One thing I love about renting is I get to preview a much newer car without buying and see if I might be interested in purchasing one a little bit later in the future. I definitely loved this vehicle and was sad to have to return it. The only other inconvenience was the location for drop-off, as there was nothing within 50 miles of my home, so I had to drive 80 miles one-way in order to return the vehicle. It would be nice if there had been other options. I definitely felt quite limited and restricted with this rental, and I don't like not having choices to get the most out of my monetary investment.Reviewed 2021 Nov 18

Pros:Pickup was a good experience. The two employees at the Hertz location were very professionalCons:I was charged for an additional day. I contacted Hertz at their main number and the agent was friendly and assigned a case number. I have not heard from anyone yet. I called the rental location for help twice.
