Cons:I made my reservation, received my confirmation. I go to pick up the car, stand in line for 30 minutes, only to be told they don't have any cars! The rep very nonchalantly advised she doesn't know why reservations are still being allowed to be made when there are no cars and there won't be any.Reviewed 2019 Jun 19

Cons:I was told i would be getting a SUV of the size approximate to Grand Cherokee. I recieved a small SUV ( equinox) that was NOT awd or 4x4 which is what i was needing ( trip north.) When i arrived they didnt have that vehicle ready and i had to wait over an hour to get my vehicle, making me late.Reviewed 2019 Mar 07

Cons:we didn't get the car, they accepted our Visa/debit card for the reservation, however, after driving 35 miles out of our way to the airport to pickup in our motor home & showing multiple ID, including Cash, they don't accept cash nor debit card ! We have credit card, forgot to bring new one in wallet, we had the expired one. This is not stated on their website anywhere, since when is cash or Debit/ Visa not good? It isn't like they cannot obtain $ instantly, nor bill for more. Very frustrating. will never rent from them again !Reviewed 2018 Jul 25

Pros:The car was only a short walk from rental desk.Cons:The inside of car was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The inside windows hadn't been cleaned in sometime. Lack of of attention to details. The rental clerk seemed somewhat aloof and it appeared he would have been more comfortable working in a position of not having to deal with the public.Reviewed 2017 Oct 27
