Pros:I always rent thru Dollar Rental when I go on trips because never once have I had unexpected charges or issues. Every time I get a great deal and it costs exactly what they said it would cost. I can't even tell you how much it is appreciated!Cons:There was an after hours key drop that was a little confusing because there was a sign that said charges continue to accrue until the rental place opens again. Fortunately that did not happen and I was charged only for the amount of the rental after dropping the keys off on time.Reviewed 2020 Jul 15

Pros:Staff was great friendly, helpful, I really liked the minivan, It was my first time driving that make and model car and I decided that I may just go bye me one.Cons:The instructions of use for the plate pass could of been explained, it's a metal box that is stuck on the windshield. I did.have to travel on the Indiana -Illinois toll way and did not know that the box contained a ez pass. So electronically the box was being picked up and I was pulling over to pay cash Lol. 3 days later I figured out what the metal thing on the windshield was. The staff did compensate me for my trouble with the platepass, and I was very pleased with the way they handled it.Reviewed 2020 Jan 22

More staff, please.Pros:The SUV.Cons:One poor employee was asked to staff all of Dollar and Hertz. I waited more than 20 minutes in line. He was a terrific employee who was asked to do far too much. Not fair to him or to the customers.Reviewed 2018 Jul 26
