It was good except for the fact that I had no idea that managers special also could mean an electric car. When I called a rep before pick up she said it could be a small, mid or full size vehicle. Driving across Arizona in an electric car I had no knowledge of driving was not comfortable for me. So I had to pay $15 plus fees & taxes to get a gas powered car. That part was very disappointing to me. I will be sharing that with friends so they’re aware. Otherwise, the car was clean and comfy and the staff were courteous.Reviewed 2023 Sep 14

Plain and simple. The car smelled like smoke when I picked it up. When I returned, I was charged for an outside cleanup of 300 dollars. I called customer service and they credited me. Theft is illegal Dollar of Tucson airport.Reviewed 2023 Apr 16

We had a problem with our international credit cards so car rent was not possible. We understood the situation, though we were ver disappointed there were no refunds. Afterwards we kindly asked for other travel options but staff was very unfriendly and dismissed us. Will never use their services again.Reviewed 2023 Mar 11

The service was smooth and easy, at both pick-up and drop-off. They upgraded me to a standard since they lacked a mid-sized, but the gas cost was still manageable. The only issue was the lack of a mapping software, meaning we had to travel with our own Garmin system. Using my phone would incur roaming charges.Reviewed 2023 Jan 31

I was assured no more than 24 hours after dropping off vehicle I would get the $200 credit card deposit bank. It is now over 48 hours and the money still isn't on my card. everything else was fine but this deposit process is broken and deters me from trusting and using Dollar again.Reviewed 2022 Nov 28
