I had to travel 30 miles to pick up the car. After the $65 cab ride, I got to the Hertz counter to find they close at 2. I then had to travel another 10 miles to a different Hertz. The car was smaller than the SUV I expected and they could do nothing about it. Returning the car was also a total hassle.Reviewed 2024 Mar 06

Very good. Except for an annoying indicator that kept flashing on the instrument panel. I wasn't sure if it was a minor or major car issue. I searched for the owner's manual in the glove box to look up what it meant but it was not there. So that was a little frustrating having to drive the rental car for 4 days without knowing if I would encounter a problem on the road.Reviewed 2023 Oct 03

I just rented a cargo van so I wasn't expecting too much but they did not clean the vehicle at all before renting it to me. I had to sweep out the back before I could use it and there was fried chicken crumbs on the front seats and floor. Otherwise, check-in and out was fast and easy.Reviewed 2021 Jul 06
