Didn't end up renting the car because the reservation made note that there was shuttle service to the rental car facility from the Cleveland airport. I was instead booked for a location 24 minutes in the opposite direction of where I needed to be going. I ended up booking directly with Enterprise at the airport.Cons:

Cons:
It was actually a bad experience. I inadvertently selected your downtown location. My intent was to utilize your airport location but your airport representative would not allow me to pick the rental car up from the airport without paying a $133 additional fee even though cars were available. Needless to say, that was extremely unfair and inconvenient. Being a traveler from out of state, I know nothing about downtown Cleveland but was forced to go there. In addition, your rental rates have become extremely too high (overall). Nearly $75.00 for a basic car is unacceptable. I feel cheated. Going forward, Budget will be my last choice.4.0 Mediocre

Pick up was awful. The location where we reserved simply didn't have any cars and the employees did not care AT ALL and made NO attempt to rectify the situation. No manager on site nor did the employees even provide me with a customer service phone number.Cons:
I did call the national number and they told me there was a car available at the airport location. I then requested to be transferred to customer service and they confirmed this, but I had to insist that they reimburse me for an Uber to the airport ($45)--it was not offered to me.4.0 Mediocre

The car that I was given was a 2017 Chevy Cruze. The exterior of car was nice and the interior was as wellCons:
Pick up was so confusing there were no signs to point you in the direction of the building. I requested a pick up time of 12:00pm so I could make it to my destination in a reasonable time frame but I was unable to because when I arrived to Avis there were no cars in the parking lot, I was told to come back in 2 hours because they were waiting on cars to be delivered.4.0 Mediocre
