Pros:We were lucky to have rented an SUV that only had 24 miles on it. There was still plastic covering parts of the console. This was the first time I had driven this sort of vehicle. It had a ton of features and was super comfortable.Cons:It was difficult to find the car rental location and when I called it was hard to get ahold of someone to clarify directions. The agent was all by herself and couldn’t manage the desk and the phone by herself without effecting the quality of service, but she did the best she could and was great.Reviewed 2019 Apr 18
