Pros:I like the van that they gave us. It was nice and clean.Cons:So, my flight was delayed and I tried calling to let them know that but the number that they gave me in the email was disconnected. I had to call priceline to get to them. When I called to let them know I will be late they just said to call them when I get to the airport. So when I arrived at the office there was no one in the front. I waited a while until they finally came out and then when I told her who I was and what I was renting the lady said that it would be good to let them know that I was going to be late and I told her I did call to let them know. Seem like they don't have any good communication. Also we had to gas up right away because the gas tank was full.Reviewed 2017 Aug 06

Appreciate staying open late but no music.Pros:Economy stayed open late when my flight was delayed. Other car rental companies didn't.Cons:The radio was on mute. I couldn't figure out how to unmute. I called Economy and they couldn't help then. They said they would find out and call me back. They never called back.Reviewed 2017 Jun 21

Actually got the SUV I ordered!Pros:Economy had a van that picked us up at the airport in less than five minutes. It only took another 10 minutes and we were in our SUV heading to the beach !Cons:I would have liked to have known to call economy because they did not have a kiosk at the airport. Luckily I had by rental papers and the number was on it.Reviewed 2017 May 24

Pros:The manager was kind and helpful when I contacted her.Cons:They gave me a compact car when I paid for a mid-size car, and insisted that a Ford Focus was mid-size. They also charged me more than was agreed upon. Eventually I called the manager from my Hotel room and she refunded the difference, however I ended up with a car I did not have enough room in that had a distinct odor.Reviewed 2017 May 22
