Pros: Jeep was the only way to go in Hawaii
Pros: Car was nice
Cons: Drop off was a joke and was treated rudely. Also charged a $30 fee for dropping off at a different location 3 miles away.
Pros: Helpful staff and a spotless interior of the car. The line moved quickly once we got moving, and the car worked great with great gas mileage.
Cons: It was booked for enterprise which was actually closed and all joined the same office at budget. None of the airport shuttles show that logo, but a few had the noted of enterprise on the doors.
Pros: I was able to just walk in and get the car very fast....but then, there was only one other guy there.
Pros: Staff were very kind and helpful. Easy access to the airport. Car was clean and in pretty good condition - (damage was correctly noted by the representative).
Pros: Both pickup and drop off were great. Your personnel there were top notch.
Cons: You could advise them to let people know about Costco's low gas prices.
Cons: no, except I stupidly bought the kayak insurance with the promise of allowing extra drivers. Enterprise waved it away as invaluable and unnecessary. $66 wasted since they Enterprise didn't recognize any of the Kayak insurance policy and promise to allow additional drivers - worthless!
Pros: Price, comfort, fuel economy
Pros: Staff was friendly and was offered a free upgrade! Rental process was quick and easy!
Pros: Staff was helpful, car was great.
Cons: Gas mileage wasn’t great in rental car
Pros: Reserved car over the phone just 15 minutes before closing and they were very gracious picking me up and staying late to send me on my way. Tyler was great!
Pros: Easy drop off
Cons: Cleaner car cheaper price
