Pros:Yes I was greeted at the door for pickup and drop off, no issues, everything went smooth.Cons:The car wasn't cleaned well. The car mats were soaked with water. There were two pickles, yes pickles, wedged in between the seats. There was the smell of weed throughout the car. Pros:Staff said they would drop me off...I was told to be there after 2:30. I was also told they were at the Watertown airport which is not the case and the Sheriff at the airport said they get numerous customers coming there for enterprise. When I got to the right place it was 3:30 because I was at the airport for 20 minutes, on hold with local office waiting for a employee to answer for 20 minutes. When I called again a girl picked up and said I was misinformed by one of the employees and the radius of drop off is 15 miles and no one could take me to Clayton.Cons:Staff needs to know the policies. Website needs to state the radius. Staff needs to answer the phone...I have yet to get through to the Syracuse staff to dispute the bill.
