We waited in line for 90+ minutes to get our car. Management didn't give us any information. It turns out they didn't have enough cars and fortunately, my family got the last one for several hours. No empathy or consideration for customers just standing in line.Reviewed 2024 Oct 17

Pick-up at SYR ok but staff impatient and clearly not happy doing the job. Drop-off at JFK confusing and a hassle. Signs lead to a former Dollar lot where you are then redirected to the Hertz lot. Plus airport under construction. Very stressful. They should get their signage right.Reviewed 2024 Aug 31

Pros:Nothing!Cons:There was a huge line at the counter, and a long wait to pick up my car. I was supposed to get a full size car but the only car they had left was a compact. Awful experience!Reviewed 2021 Mar 20

Pros:Staff was nice. However they helped as little as possible, but over all the experience was. Okay.Cons:The vehicle had a sticker on the door saying it was cleaned. A baby sock was found in the back hatch area, which should have been easily found if cleaned. The worst part was a strong odor coming from the driver side back seat. Terrible smell, I drove straight from NY to Fl. When I got home my wife told me it smelled like baby vomit or spilt formula.Reviewed 2021 Mar 20
