Heavy Cigarette smell in car Charged us double the price on our credit card even though receipt is for correct amount. Still disputing this matter Very difficult to contact local Avis.. rolls over to national call center.. very frustratingReviewed 2023 Aug 22

A challenge with the vanCons:The chair in the back did not go down and the girl though she tried could not get it to go down and we needed it as we were transporting a dresser. They had no other van for us to take and no other person that could fix it, so my husband had to take it anyway because we had no choice. So my husband ended up fixing it when he got home.Reviewed 2017 Jan 31
