Tesla was dirty inside, clearly vacuumed but the windows had fingerprints all over and it was just not wiped inside. All of the features weren’t working on the car either. The left side camera didn’t work, and the cruise control didn’t work, which made driving long distances quite uncomfortable. Additionally, even though it was the card I used to rent through Kayak, Hertz did not accept my credit card so I had to have a friend use their card and I had to pay to add me as the driver. The customer service at this Hertz location was absolute trash. Rude and unhelpful staff. Will use a different company besides Hertz in the future.Reviewed 2025 Sept 01

I arrived to the rental office for it to be locked and closed at 5:20pm, when advertised to be open til 6pm. There was a temporary sign outside saying they’re suddenly closed this week at 5pm but no communication. I was stranded and had to find new accommodation when any communication would’ve been appreciated.Reviewed 2024 Aug 08

The reservation wasn't even for Hertz at the Airport. It was for the downtown location that closed 15 minutes after my flight had landed. I take responsibility for not realizing the location, but I had plugged in my flight and would have thought my arrival time would have created a red flag in the system.Reviewed 2021 Nov 22

Loved the short/no line. Wish there had been smaller and more fuel efficient vehicles available, but was glad to have something to drive! Staff should act like it's the first time, every time when someone rents a car as they seemed to assume I was familiar with the process when I was not. I made my questions known and got answers. Was also a little nervous about the oil change light being on in the car when I picked it up. Didn't have any car troubles on my trip though so it was ok.
