Our battery died twice. Had to take the car back to the airport. Parking in a St Thomas was awful so it wasn’t worth the money if the rental and we still needed to take cabs to get places that were astronomical. Next time I go to Caribbean it will be an all inclusive.Reviewed 2024 Jul 05

well, it took 2 hours to get my car; we ordered a luxury SUV and i was given a Nissan Kicks, which is no luxury SUV; i was overcharged initially; had to go back and fix everything. eventually they gave me another SUV (not the dodge durango we asked but a grand jeep); but was not pleasant.Reviewed 2024 Jan 21

We rented an SUV but when we arrived we were told that we’re none available and we’re forced to take a Nissan Altima for 5 adults. I showed the confirmation email to the Hertz team member and she just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. Was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car.Reviewed 2023 Nov 13
