Great value for a very nice full-size luxury SUV. Far better than the competition. XM satellite radio activated, unlike some of your competitors that are having problems with XM. Noissues with the car over a 2 week period.Cons:
Could have been cleaned better before we picked it up. Some trash from prior renters in the car still.Payless

They didn’t have an employee at the counter. 50 people didn’t get their cars. Sent to Avis and Budget for cars, or to other vendors. They are involved in a bait and switch.Cons:

Nothing, I was very upset my reservation was not available, sent to the wrong business, received the wrong car and ended up cancelling my reservation. Very upset about the whole experience.Cons:
Due to the reservation screwups, I think an upgrade and a price match for my original reservation should have been made. But it wasn't, and they tried to give me a smaller size vehicle and my daughter is 5"11.10.0 Wonderful

Staff was very kind, received a free upgrade, car was clean, functioned perfectly, and made the trip enjoyable. Also, I really liked how smooth the pickup and delivery was. No hassles, no hidden fees, no surprises just what I needed.Cons:

2021 Kia Soul w/ 225 miles. Great car. Also, night manager on Friday night really made me feel at home, even arriving 5 mins to close.Cons:

Let me start by saying, I got a good price for mu rental. The check in and check out process was quick and simple. One of the vans I got was dirty, hadn't been washed. But I was in a hurry so I didn't mind (this time). Overall it was good service. I will rent with them again.10.0 Wonderful

Pick up: disaster. Despite having RESERVED a mini-van class car, there was none available when I arrived. What's the point of a reservation? Instead they "upgraded" me to a CRV, which has half the storage space. Extremely unhappy because I planned to move across the country in the larger car, not a tiny CRV.6.0 Okay

We rented a convertible for my son's graduation since it was a drive through due to covid. And we're going to cruise around town and just enjoy the day. I rented the convertible weeks before. We get there the day of graduation and the gal proceeds to tell us there are NONE avaliable. I was so upset for him since this end of the school year was such a bummer. At the time of pickup, cars were not ready for many customers (at Reno/Tahoe Airport). So, customers were waiting in the parking structure and there was no one at the Avis booth there. Eventually, our car appeared, but it was a chaotic experience, because there was apparently a shortage of staff and no organized line for customers waiting for cars. Also, I did not get a receipt when I returned the car. The agent/employee told me a receipt would be emailed to me, but I have not yet received an email with a receipt.National
