There were only 2 reps checking people in. It took over 30 minutes in line to get to a gentleman that could help me. ( He was very nice). There were at least 5 people at the kiosk at the car pick up rental level standing around. The lady checking people out at the gate, could have cared less to help anyone. She was on her phone. When I pulled up she said find the email and scan the code. I was not getting cell reception so I had to ask her how else I could get the code she was bothered and said check your text messages. Then went right back to being on her phone. The car that I ended up with had multiple small inconvenient issues. Side driver mirror didn’t adjust. The key fob was missing the front half. The key fob battery was also almost dead. I had to hold the key against the start stop bottom to get the car to start. The gentleman that checked me back in never asked how the car was only that he needed to get the mileage and then I was good to go. There was no one else checking in at the same time I checked in. Overall I was glad to have the rental car, but the rental experience has a huge amount of improvement that needs to be done.Reviewed 2023 Sep 30

Pros:Counter Staff was amazing. Very customer oriented at the time of rental.Cons:Car smelled of marijuana once it sat out in the sun. I called this in Day 1 after the car was sitting in the sun and the smell was overwhelming. As soon as I got through being on hold the representative told me they noted the smell to my account and then they hung up. I wanted to swap cars, but I did not have time to call back as I was travelling on business. Then when I returned the car they emailed me my receipt. Upon review of the receipt I was charged for a tank of gas when I had turned the car in with a full tank. Called the local number on my receipt ... Put on hold..... Then hold again for them to verify .... "They made a note and corporate would email me in 3 to 5 days, the charges are already in." So in a nutshell dirty car and overcharged.Reviewed 2020 Aug 17

Pros:The new Nissan Pathfinder was the best rental car I've driven, great choice! I needed something bigger than a mid-size SUV, but I didn't want a big Tahoe or Suburban, so the Pathfinder was the perfect size and a wonderful leather interior. Pros:Desk agent was knowledgeable, professional, and couteous with no pressure or upselling. Lost a future customer over $5Cons:I picked Payless because they said they were based at the terminal (Omaha) and the others mentioned a shuttle. Payless had a desk at the terminal but it was not staffed and instead had directions to the same shuttle as all of the others. Plus it is a bit of a pet peeve when customer service agents finish their conversation with each other before attending to the needs of the customer. Also I had asked for an extra hour on the rental to finish up my conference for which I was willing to pay the hourly rate of $5. They said if I was 1 minute over I would have to pay for an extra day. I left my conference early to get it there on time (3 minutes early). Instead of them getting a little extra for the hour, they got no extra, and they got one less customer for life over $5.Reviewed 2018 Feb 26

Will never rent from them again.Cons:Car battery died not once, but twice in three days s was quoted $81 including taxes and fees, ended up being just over $200. Dropped off the car and was asked about a chip in the windshield, one that was there when i picked up the car. Total nightmare, will never rent from them again.Reviewed 2018 Feb 13

Dirty car. Long wait for drop offPros:Decent vehicle. Good price.Cons:The seats were messy and should have been cleaned. It took me over half an hour to drop it off and check out. Smoke free car is great and all but...Pros:It was a clean car, they nailed the easy partCons:My car was upgraded from what I reserved which I paid for in fees. They charged me for an extra day. I was told of exorbitant under 25 fee all while a staff member attempted to jump and slide over the counter. You would think cars that require someone over the age of 25 to drive would also have such age requirements of the people renting them and asking for such fees.Reviewed 2017 Jun 21
