Cons: The rental office was closed for the day. I scheduled a pickup for Noon, and the office closed at noon. I arrived at 12:05, and wasn't able to get my rental and needed to book a second rental for my trip. Why would you allow me to book a rental pickup at the time when the office is closed???
Pros: Tyler, the staff of one location was helpful.
Cons: Misrepresentation of what I was going to get and also the car that I did get. Beautiful says SUV, got downgraded to a standard SUV that was dilapidated, only thing I got was a minivan.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful and the drop off was super easy.
Cons: Office hours could be longer.
Pros: Initially $200 deposit was charged to my account in addition to the rental charges on the day of pick-up. Was told it would be refunded the day after I returned the van (Monday). The van was returned on Sunday... on Monday an additional $100 was charged & now again today Tuesday an additional $100 is charged to my credit card.
Pros: Staff was responsive and apologetic once we notified them that our car had not been cleaned since the previous user turned it in.
Cons: So the initial Nissan Armada that we were given had not been cleaned, so they were quick to switch us to a Tahoe. The full size SUV description said 7 people and 4 bags, so I assumed Suburban or the equivalent. In actuality you will be able to fit one large and one roller board behind the third row. I was surprised that there was not a cleaning protocol for the rental... even the second “cleaned” car had a dusty steering column and dash, so it was obvious that it had not been wiped down. Be prepared to do your own sanitizing.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like about this rental was Toyotas entune software and the way my phone connected to the car. Hertz was great and I think I got a great deal.
Pros: The only thing I liked was my refund
Cons: Communication that the place closed right at noon my pick up was at noon I was there at noon and the doors were already locked they were unable to give me another car anywhere in Omaha even though they had cars available at the airport they refused to give me one and they said that I should’ve been there before noon well they should’ve communicated that to me or kayak.
Cons: Absolutely awful experience. After waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle 30 minutes after the business closed, I told the Hertz employee that I wanted to prepay for gas. It's my fault in the end that I didn't read the contract, but I trusted that he did what I asked and I was already there 30 minutes past close. I brought the vehicle back on E and was changed $200 by Hertz to fill it up. I've made several calls to their horrible customer service people and have been told "too bad, you signed the contract." Supervisors refuse to call me back, and I will never rent from Hertz again.
Pros: Yes staff was super helpful. Was a little hard to find the entrance.
Pros: The staff was nice and respectful.
Cons: To let anyone know in online reservations that they dont accept visa or credit card. Or start accepting visas or credit card
