Cons: Broken/ very random luggage charging system. I was very disappointed with their rude ground staff handling the baggage payments. Delays with little information. Won't use them again

Pros: They have us food, it wasn't awesome, but it was nice to eat something

Cons: The flight was delayed, it was hot and uncomfortable. And the flight attendants were impolite and cranky, though I event don't ask them of anything.

Cons: The plane did not leave on time. The plane sat on the turmack in Moscow for 1 hour. The baggage took another hour to come. I allowe over 2 hours between planes. I missed my next flight. The airline simple said "this is your problem" I had to purchase another ticket from Moscow to Los Angeles. The workers were rude. It was horrible.
