I needed a truck with a tow package. They didn't have one available. Not sure why anyone would have a pick up without the ability to tow a small trailer. It's about a 300-500 dollar add on when purchased.Reviewed 2023 Aug 31

Booked the car and was then told they don’t have it and it would be an 80$ extra charge for a car they did had. The reasoning given was that it was a third party vendor I booked through. I had them cancel the booking and rebooked from their site directly. They said they didn’t have that car and again tried to upsell for 80$ more than the booking. We loved the car we rented and had a super easy time getting it from the airport. We had such an early return flight that we were there before the rental place was open, so we weren't clear on what to do with our rental. We ended up just leaving the keys in the car at the dropoff location and it worked out just fine. Would definitely rent from them again.Reviewed 2023 Jan 04
