Booked a full-sized 12 passenger van online, when arrived at Thrifty their computer showed a mini-van but since our reservation clearly stated "Ford Transit Van", Thrifty quickly corrected their system and honored our exact reservation.Reviewed 2024 Dec 05

The car was good and the customer service in the terminal was good. However the exit only had one person staffed and took 30 minutes to exit. They didn't add this onto my rental time, and then billed me an extra hour for returning late.Reviewed 2024 Dec 01

The counter in both the airport and the parking garage were closed. Had to go to the Hertz counter where the employee seems very put out to have to do the work and the price was $40 more than I was told on Kayak.
