Pros: I have been tryinf to get in touch with kiwi customer service from Russia. No updates. I will be asking for a refund on this flight and the additional flight delta price difference. Vey poor

Cons: The original email stated the flight was at 10:45am. All the subsequent emails stated this. I called the russian number (they only speak russian) to try and confirm. Am trying to get on the 4:50 flight was under same booking code. Also had to book another flight just in case. This is a mess. And your russian phone number on kiwi doesn’t work

Pros: The flight crew were very professional and helpful and friendly. Food was pretty yucky. No entertainment supplied
