Cons:I rented a medium size car and Alamo gave me a compact, much smaller than I paid for. On top of that the attendant insisted in me taking road assistance which cost me another $100. It was a rip off. You can tell they are mad cause people refuse their insurance which is $40 per day and the other add one they desperately want us to accept so the rental fee doubles in price.Reviewed 2020 Nov 19

Pros:Car was clean and ready to go pretty quickly.Cons:The USB port didn't work!!! So I couldn't use it to charge and run my iPhone for directions. This could have been disastrous if I had a longer trip to get to my GPS destination.Reviewed 2020 Sep 16

Pros:The staff was very friendly,Cons:The inside of the car smelled like smoke, car wasn’t very clean, There was too long of a wait to obtain car on the day of rental. When taking car back, too much info needed, they should have most of the info written down on envelope for you. Was told a receipt would be emailed to me, but didn’t receive one and had to call to get the final receipt.Reviewed 2019 Nov 06

Pros:Staff was friendly at the Daytona Beach pick up location and the roadside assistance person over the phone. The staff when arriving at Orlando airport were very unorganized and ignored us completely.Cons:The vehicle's tire exploded on the expressway. Nothing was hit and the tire exploded with the tread falling off the hubcap. It was clearly a tire that needed to have been changed prior to our use of the vehicle. Super easy returnPros:It was fast an easy to return the vehicle. i gave her the space number, gas level and miles and was on my way.Cons:The walk from the parking space to the terminal was long and not covered.
