Pros: The car was great, we didn’t need anything special. It was a great price, good on gas, smooth driving, and the process of pick up/drop off was an ease.
Cons: I would go over any current dents/aesthetic damages already on the car prior to the renters taking the car off the lot.

Cons: Car was a good one but dollar terrible, said someone canceled my reservation so they charged me the current rate which was exorbitant. Car smelled strong smoke and they wouldn't let me change it or upgrade. Said nothing available but I saw several in their lot.

Pros: It is a small airport so there was no issue getting between the rental desk and the car. The car was fine and it was only hired for a single day so there were no issues at all.
Cons: I was disappointed that I couldn't use the satellite navigation facility; these days this ought to come as part of the price of the hire for larger cars.

Very low price .
Pros: I liked the fact that they had a car available on New Years Eve for a very low price. It was an awesome experience and will definitely use them in the future.

Overcharged
Pros: I was charged separately for car insurance from Allianz, however I tealised that this does not cover liability insurance so I has to upgrade at the counter so I was charged us 105 per day . I rented a car afterward from dollar. The same car for us 39 per day with equal insurance coverage

Not too impressed. ..
Pros: Customer service was horrible, no sense of urgency on the rental agents part with any portion of the pick up process. Took nearly 30 minutes to process the request, ended up nearly missing my flight due to their ineptitude.
