Cons: I reserved a car for 12pm ET. Upon arrival, I was told there were no available cars and would need to wait a few hours until other drivers return their vehicles. I was stuck at the airport with nowhere to go, finally got a car around 2:30pm but didn't arrive in the evening until late Saturday evening. When I originally inquired about how there were no cars available despite confirming a reservation the week before, the front desk employees got a bit defensive. In the end, I made it to my destination. But it was a pretty bad experience overall.
Pros: Had to wait an hour in the cold standing in the lot waiting for the car. The attendant just came once and said we have your car in a few and the. Disappeared back in his booth and just ignored when ever I asked how long do I have to wait.
Cons: Have my car ready and provide a discount, communication about the vehicle. Better customer service

Cons: -cars have been moved a long distance away, -extremely long wait to get car because not enough attendants, especially with disruptive customers in front of me -first car given had the check engine light on and made noises every five minutes. This was immediate -- it had a check engine light ten minutes after we pulled away -confusing process to exchange the car that was not streamlined and took longer than it should have.
Pros: Staff was helpful and friendly. Pick up and drop off was easy.
Cons: Found a few readily visible trash items, including one in a cup holder, in a supposedly "highly cleaned vehicle."

Cons: I had a problem with my tire and took the car back to have it looked at. Instead of switching the car they filled the tire with air. A couple of days later the tire pressure gauge went off and the car was handling poorly. I had to pull off in a remote area. I called the roadside assistance and was on hold for half an hour. Finally the utter genius I was speaking to told me to drive to a location that was 70 miles away with a flat tire! In the end I had to call a service provider and pay! It was a terrible experience!
