Pros:Agent at desk was friendlyCons:I was assigned a car but it was not in it's location. I had to find an employee to find another car for me, which took about 15 minutes. The car I received was dirty and definitely wasn't cleaned beyond pre-covid standards. I'm not a germ freak, but greasy fingerprints on the screen and doors and a greasy feeling steering wheel are just nasty.Reviewed 2020 Nov 16

Pros:The price and the vehicle was great.Cons:At pickup, the vehicle was not ready, and had to wait. The help desk seemed to not want to be working. There was no information given about the return of the vehicle. I had to ask about return from the man working the gate, but even that was not enough. At return, there was no one to close the transaction, Just a sign saying to leave the keys in the car. I had to work with customer service for the next two days to get the extra daily charges removed from my credit card account because no one at the drop off location closed the account. I'll not rent from Thrifty and associated companies again.Reviewed 2020 Aug 20

Cons:Staff at pickup was not friendly. I was the only customer there and stood in line waiting for her to get off her cell phone. Texting. Young lady could not answer simple questions during registration. Vehicle was too small for what we needed. Gas mileage was horrible. Called while on the road and nobody picked up the phone. Overpriced for what was given. Will not use this complete again. Will not recommend.Reviewed 2020 Feb 13

Pros:Staff was okay vehicle wasn’t ready at designated time and still had to be cleaned and wasn’t properly done so. Was also charged for gas and shouldn’t have been they said I was given car with full tank that was false and I have a tuned and dated picture of the gauges so I returned vehicle with same amount as given actually a little more and now fighting to get my money back and upon more investigating this same thing has happen to many people this rental company is not the one I prefer to use I just had no choice on this particular date I will never returnReviewed 2019 Oct 22
