The young lady the helped us was excellent. I believe her name was Mariam. The only thing that would help would be to be able to supply or buy a map of Ontario and perhaps Quebec. We rented it in Ottawa and bought it back to Ottawa. We would of preferred to have dropped it off in Toronto but the drop off charge was horrendous. thank youReviewed 2023 Aug 01

The car drove well and they were accommodating as i came late due to weather however the tires was not winter ready or rather bald, was slipping at less than 20km/h. The usb charging dock and geated seats did not work. But the car did what it needed to do.Reviewed 2022 Nov 21

Staff was courteous upon pick up and drop off. I had unlimited kms which was nice because I needed to drive 200km to and from the Ottawa airport. Overall, good experience for what I needed.Reviewed 2022 Oct 04
