The car was very clean and comfortable, rode very smoothly and quietly. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to return it to the downtown location but could leave it at the airport when I leave. Saves much time and effort when leaving on an early morning flight. The price quoted was very competitive. I will probably use Kayak again when I rent my next vehicle.Reviewed 2021 Aug 29

Pros:Noone was there when I dropped the car off. I found papertowel (used) in the car. Not acceptable at all given this is a Covid pandemic. I was told after I had booked the car that Costco members get a discount. The agents never really tell you about any features or benefits. When I showed up the woman was not there so I had to wait for her.Reviewed 2020 Nov 04

Pros:I had asked for an economy car but I was told that none were available despite the fact that I had booked economy.Cons:They should go outside with the customer to do an inspection of the car and to explain the features of the car.Reviewed 2020 Jul 14

Cons:When someone rents a GPS it should have instructions with it or the operation be explained. I could not get sound out of it and old address kept coming up. It was night time rain and it seems all the City is in Construction, and the GPS does not work very dangerous.Reviewed 2019 Oct 01
