Website says Alamo closes at 11 PM on Sunday. All flights into San Jose were delayed Sunday night, June 9. No options were listed for car pickup on your website. After a wait while the agent checked somethings, he told me to go to Enterprise, and the Alamo contract would be honored. And that is what happened. Might be helpful to put something on your website about your brother/sister agencies!Reviewed 2024 Jun 14

Cons:The agent offered a upgrade for a fee for a jeep cherokee. I had an issue with my card and had to call them. I walked from the transaction to call the card provider and was assigned a Nissan Rogue. I have hated every Nissan I have driven and would never pay extra to drive one. It was past 9 pm and I still had to go home and load up before leaving on my 800 mile drive to be with my mom who's husband died the next morning. My back still hurts from the low quality nissan seating .Reviewed 2020 Jul 13
