Rented a large van, which was great. Got a brand new vehicle with less than 50 miles and it did great. Check in took a long time. Seemed to have too few people for the reservations, although there were also a few people in line who seemed confused on what they needed. So may have been walkouts that Avis was not expecting. Return area was not staffed early in the evening, so had to go by the rental counter. Thankfully, there was no line that time.Reviewed 2023 Jul 09

I recommend everyone to avoid this place. They did not let us check out the car and didn’t let me speak with the manager. They also refused to ask the manager call me back and said that they were sold out! Avoid!Reviewed 2023 May 24

The car was showing oil pressure low. First added one jug of oil, msg disappeared, after 25km again started showing same msg, then added another jug. Again within 10km, it was showing msg until dropped off. So I spent USD26 extra, this need to refund for meReviewed 2023 Apr 20

Not their fault, the location is not at the airport you take an uber/taxi to it (short ride $27 Uber) I knew this, just forgot. You can drop the car off at the airport rental for an extra $25 though. We had a Toyota Camry it was very comfortable and easy on the wallet with gas prices the way they are.Reviewed 2022 Mar 03
