An emergency cost me to return the car early. They use the excuse to charge almost $400 in fees. Despite the fees charged being directly at odds with the words in the contract. It’s one thing to not give a refund for days unused it’s another thing to more than double the cost of the rental. Feels really crummy. I will not be doing business with budget or any affiliated company in the future.Reviewed 2026 Oct 08

I was given the vehicle half full. I realized this after picking up the vehicle. Didn't want to go back and argue with the staff on Christmas eve, so continued with my journey.Reviewed 2024 Dec 26

Staff was very friendly and helpful, vehicle was not in good condition. The “needs oil” light was on, the rear right brake light and turn signal did not work which made it very stressful and dangerous to be driving especially at night in extremely heavy traffic thru Los Angeles. Trying to change lanes without a working blinker was very stressful and dangerous especially with a vehicle of this size (12 passenger van ). Daily maintenance checks on these standard yet important functions should be requiredReviewed 2024 Dec 15
