I have paid in full when I reserved the car on kayak site and when i returned the car with full tank of gas, they still charged me $217.72. there is no phone number to reach out to a real customer service at Sixt and we are still going back and forth. On top of that, when I went to pick up a car, I have reserved Luxury mid size SUV, they rented out the car they told me that they don't have that model and they only had station wagon and they were telling me that it is a compatible car. the guy at the counter was not only helpful with the situation but very rude and had to talk to his supervisor and suggested that I come back to pick up the mid size SUV the next day as if that was a deal that I was getting. I had to waste so much time going back to pick up the car twice at the airport and there are no apologies and now I am having to deal with the charge of $217.72 for not fueling the fee which is a lie.... I would never want to do business with sixt rental car and I will not recommend to anyone.Reviewed 2022 Jan 12

My flight was cancelled last minute due to weather and I was unable to make the trip. The only way to contact them is through email and their customer service is worse than Comcast. They still have yet to send an invoice for cancellation charges. I have used them before, but now I'll pay extra to go with a different rental agency. Sixt proves that they're just a cooperation and don't care about their customers.Reviewed 2022 Jan 09

SixT best bang for the buckPros:Cheap price and no wait. Because SixT is less well known than the others, the lines for pick up were atrocious at Hertz, Avis, etc but non-existent at SixT. Mildly slick attempt at getting us to choose un-needed insurance (aren't they all?) but otherwise super-attentive service. No prob with the car at all. Drop off was a breeze.Cons:A couple of dents in the car not documented at pick-up - we had to note these and have them write then down before we took off with the vehicle.Reviewed 2017 Sep 06
