Took over an hour to pick upPros:Good: The car was good, clean, low mileage. Drop off was really smooth and easy. The rate I was quoted when I made the reservation was dramatically different than the rate that the system was showing when I picked up the car, but the rep caught that and adjusted the rate in the system for me.Cons:Bad: During pickup, the Budget desk was closed at the airport and I was redirected to Avis. There was a line of about 10 people and only one Avis rep. It took over an hour to get through the line. The rep apologized and told me that there were a bunch of long term rentals, which required three separate contracts to be filled out by hand for each of those customers. There has to be a better way to handle this, and as a software engineer at abqsoft.com who builds these types of systems for my clients, I was very disappointed with the inefficiency of Avis' system and it desperately needs help. Their systems and procedures created a situation that was so painfully slow that I will likely never use Budget or Avis again when I visit Fayetteville.Reviewed 2017 May 25

Charged doubleCons:I was charged double then what your price was. I knew it would be more because I picked up the insurance. But double is ridiculous and I will never use budget again. The customer service man was polite and friendly but could do nothing because he worked for Avis. Not pleased at all for what I spent for truly only 2 days.Reviewed 2017 Apr 24
