Pros:literally nothing about the experience.Cons:I got the booking confirmation and was dropped off to pick up the car. only to be told "we have no cars for you" and absolute refusal to do anything to get me anywhere. had to miss my grandmother's memorial service because of this. very unhappy with this experience from the very beginning.Reviewed 2021 May 10
