Tried to pull a fast onePros:Reserved car was ready for pickup and there was no line.Cons:He attempted to convince me I had to pay a hidden $95 drop fee. He said I didn't select another location when I reserved the car. I showed him my confirmation email that shows me dropping at another location but he didn't care. Excellent ServicePros:Kelley was a wonderful associate, who took time to actually have a conversation and explain my options to me. I was upgraded to a bigger vehicle (all the compact were gone) but Kelley gave me a few to choose from. Car was clean, Great value for the money!Reviewed 2016 Feb 17
