Pros:Nothing. I arrived with a confirmation number and was told there was not a car available for me. I was left on the side of the road with no transportation in a foreign countryCons:Everything! See statement above. I had confirmation and arrived to pick up only to be told no car was available. Literally stranded on the sidewalk in a foreign country with no transportation.
