Very nice people. They take advantage tourists. Even if you went on priceline to get a price deduction for a car rental they don’t agree to it and give a price hike and make you pay are large amount for car insurance. I’m never renting from them ever againReviewed 2024 Feb 16

Pros:NothingCons:They didn’t have any car available at the time I reached the car rental office. They even told me that my only solution was to go to other car rental companies, however same day reservations are usually more expensive. I found another place nearby from the company Mex Rent a Car, however I had to Pay more than double the price of what I reserved on Payless. I will never choose Payless again.Reviewed 2021 Apr 11

Pros:When I arrived to pick up vehicle the Payless Rental Agency had no office inside the airport or shuttle that takes you to pick up the office. You have to walk three blocks towards there office!!!! With a family of three small children and four suitcases.....Once I arrived to the office there was a line of about 15 people in front of me, which was not a problem because it was a Friday and I could understand the rush. Once it was my turn after one hour and half of waiting they informed me that the vehicle I had requested was not available even though I had reserved it with more than a week of anticipation. That they could offer me a regular car but that it would cost me about double what the original reservation would be. They informed me that because I did not do the reservation directly with them that I had to call you're office to change anything ……..I tried many times calling you're office but with no luck...….This has been the worst experience me and my family have had …..We have never been treated like this …...We will never you you're service and will definitely recommend to any one we know or meet never to use this service ever.Cons:Everything..........When I arrived to pick up vehicle the Payless Rental Agency had no office inside the airport or shuttle that takes you to pick up the office. They didn't respect the reservation with you guysPros:NothingCons:The service poor, the insurance with kayak reservation was to expensive (about $900.00dollars total) overall I was not happy, also I lost one of the tire cover and I had to pay to Payless cash there $1,300.00pesos because they said insurance didn't cover it.Reviewed 2017 Apr 03
