The truck was clean. They did NOT have the vehicle that I requested. Did not downgrade the price and pickup was suppose to be at 1, received vehicle a 1:45 and was informed that it had to be back at 1 regardless of when it was checked out. Returned the vehicle 30 minutes early and was charged an additional $20. Will never rent from them again.Reviewed 2023 Oct 16

The agent was particularly rude and they had sold out of cars for the day, even though I had booked weeks ago. She sent me to another Budget facility, which was much more pleasant, but I also had a long wait there. I would not recommend Budget.Reviewed 2022 Sep 17

The first car we had reeked of marijuana and we had to drive 30 miles round trip to swap it out for a car that had a slight smell of smoke with cigarette burns in the seat. I hope you are charging these people for smoking in the cars then you can clean them properly for the next customer.Reviewed 2022 Sep 13

Pros:Yes the staff wasn’t the problem.Cons:Charged a lot for a car that smelled very strong odor of cigarette smoke. It gave me a headache the the three days I had it. Also my daughter felt ill due to the strong odor. I would have returned it but it was way after midnight. Also about 20 people in line after me. I had a two hour trip to my destination so I sucked it up. What bothers me the most I noticed when I was waiting In line that they supposedly charge 400$ for cleaning fee if someone smokes in their cars.Reviewed 2021 Apr 26
